    Any breach of this clause shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Software, in addition to any other legal remedies available to Hazel Harlow (InfoForte Limited), including injunctive relief, damages, and the recovery of legal costs.

    The Hazel Harlow brand owned by (InfoForte Limited) reserves all rights to enforce this clause to the fullest extent permitted by law.
